By accessing or using PreciousPetsResort.com (the "Site") or participating in our prediction stand at the FIFA World Cup 2026 Fan Festival in Toronto and Vancouver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Services
We operate a free, recreational prediction stand where users can:

  • Make real-time predictions about sporting events (goals, corners, cards, etc.)
  • Earn points for correct predictions
  • Compete on a live leaderboard
  • Win prizes (caps, scarves, mini footballs, fan zone passes)

No purchase, payment, or betting is required. Our stand is purely for entertainment. We are not a gambling operator, casino, or sportsbook .

3. No Gambling or Real-Money Wagering
PreciousPetsResort.com does not accept bets, wagers, or any form of real-money gambling. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All prizes are promotional items provided free of charge.
If you choose to click affiliate links to our partner gaming platforms, you are leaving our Site and entering a third-party service governed by their own terms. We do not control or endorse their gambling activities.   • That predictions will be accurate or that the AR screen will be error-free
  • That the Site will be available at all times
  • That prizes will be available in unlimited quantities (limited while supplies last)

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, PreciousPetsResort.com and its operators are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation at our stand
  • Losses resulting from third-party affiliate platforms
  • Technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions

Total liability, if any, is limited to CAD $100.
